Born in Punjab, North India, Manuj Aggarwal earned his Diploma in Information and Systems Management from Aptech, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University, India in 1996. After two (2) years of work and study, he obtained his Master of Science (Information Technology) from Punjab Technical University, India in 1998.

Professionally, Manuj started working and taking care of himself and his siblings at the age of 15. He started work in a local factory earning $2/day. After his master's degree and observing how difficult it was to realize his dreams in India, he decided to move to North America for greener pastures. Throughout his career, Manuj has held several leadership positions from team lead to C-suite positions.

Following the dotcom bubble and after the infamous 9/11 incident, Manuj Aggarwal founded his tech consulting company and named it Spider Communication Inc while in New York in 2001. Spider Communication would later be rebranded to TetraNoodle Technologies in 2016.
