Hilary Russell, founder of Makeup by Hilary Eve, is a seasoned professional makeup artist and beauty educator with over 15 years in the Beauty and Personal Care Industry. She began her career at Lancome Beauty and later spent 13 years at Sephora, where she not only refined her artistry skills but also served as an Education Lead, training beauty advisors and clients on beauty product knowledge and skincare and makeup application techniques. In tandem with her role at Sephora, Hilary continually advanced her artistry skills and beauty knowledge, obtaining various certifications in the Beauty Industry. She recently launched "Makeup by Hilary Eve" where she focuses on enhancing both inner and outer beauty, promoting empowerment, and bringing out self confidence. Beyond professional makeup application services, she offers personalized beauty consultations and makeup lessons teaching beauty education and self-care tips tailored to individual needs, preferences and goals.
