In addition to formal classes, I also have 2 years of experience in the Retail Makeup Industry. During my time in the retail industry, I did become certified in Benefit Brow Mapping and I received extensive training by numerous brand ambassadors. I learned all about the various brand product formulations, launches, product lines and sales strategies.

April provided exactly the service I was looking for. She came prepared with ruby outs to provide me with details for makeup for my coloring and face shape. She explained what all my brushes were for and how I should be applying makeup for my face shape and coloring. It was very helpful. We used all my own products and now I know how I should be applying makeup for everyday and an example for a night out. I highly recommend that young professional women have a professional (April if you live near Pittsburg) come show you how you should be using the makeup you have and what colors of your makeup are best for you!

Hello, my name is April! I have 5 cRaZy kids, 1 weight challenged feline and a spazoid rabbit. Like many other great Makeup Artists, makeup has been a life long passion of mine. I love how a little bit of makeup can make a big change in a person's perception of themselves. What sets me apart, is my ability to create and use color. Currently, I am a licensed Professional Makeup Artist from the QC Makeup Academy, where I am also taking additional classes to become specialized in both Airbrush and Special FX Makeup. My ultimate goal is to work in the Theatre and Film Industries.
