I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Textiles and Apparel. Makeup and fashion have always been my passion. My career started with Clarins Cosmetics in 2003, in 2005 I became Clarins Professional Makeup Artist in Kansas City. My training and education consisted of working along with the Clarins Color Directors from Paris in New York City. After moving on from Clarins I started working for MAC Cosmetics on the Country Club Plaza. Both companies enabled me to learn the latest trends and application techniques to be a top artist. I still continue my education on the latest trends and techniques while working for myself as a freelance artist. I love working with people, helping them feel beautiful, educating them and being on my feet. There is so much joy and honor involved with doing a client's makeup for her wedding or special event! I take extreme pride in my work and am extremely punctual. I use all professional long wearing products in my kit and travel to my clients. I have reviews listed on my website.
