I am a professional children's entertainer and I love what I do! I offer a whimsical magic show and balloon twisting after the show. My show is always interactive and the birthday child becomes the star of the show! After the show, I twist balloons. I can entertain, and still make your event special twisting balloons! In November & December, your child and family will enjoy the Magical Storytelling of Mrs. Claus. Mrs. Claus weaves Christmas Lore and story telling, with a great deal of hands on artifacts and a very funny question/answer session. Kids really do ask the cutest things!

We had Steve and Rufflez out for my son's first birthday. They were both of them kind, caring, funny, and talented. Everyone was singing their praises and asking for their info! I am so incredibly glad I decided to book with them and will 100% do it again!!!

February 23, 2020So creative and fun!
Alene showed up and our attendance was more than expected for an elementary school dance. She was a trooper and impressed everyone. There was a non stop line for over 2 hours but she twisted and chatted with each student with a smile on her face. The children were awed by her unique creations and everyone had a wonderful time. She was very responsive to communication as the event approached and we finalized plans, she was on time, dressed appropriately, and fully stocked to meet the demands of the event. We will definitely be keeping her contact information for future events. Thank you so much Alene!

Steve provided his great brand of entertainment for our 55+ community St Patrick's party. Now - we are a 'loud' lot - and I was concerned that Steve might not be able to command their attention. Wow! I need not have worried - not only is Steve a 'commanding presence', he is also a great entertainer, and he had 85 party goers, ages ranging 5 to 92, absolutely 'spell-bound' - no apologies for the 'pun'! I would have No hesitation in recommending Steve - he is a very talented and Funny man. Thank you, Steve - we Will be seeing you again!

What to expect
Rufflez the Clown is always professional in appearance and action.
Whether performing as Rufflez or as Mrs. Claus, I arrive early to gigs and ask only that you have a specific area designated for the show that allows the audience to sit and hear comfortably with room for Alene to move around. Parents need to be present when I perform for children. During the hot summer months, please provide shade and be ready to laugh!
About
I retired after 28 years in education and attended clown school in Florida. I did not quite "run away" and join the circus, but close. I greatly enjoy the people interaction, whether they be young or seasoned! I find it to be a most positive experience.
As an entertainer, I have been awarded by peers for outstanding performances and character development. I belong to a number of prestigious entertainers' organizations and I am the current Director of Education for Clowns of America International.
I have performed at well over a 1,000 different types of events.
Santa is so very busy making toys with the elves, that during November and December I offer Mrs. Claus, Live! I create an experience unlike most.
Mrs. Claus creates a wondrous and magical Christmas experience for children of all ages. I utilize familiar treasures form the North Pole for your child to see and to touch. Your child will fall in love with the Christmas Lore and Magical Storytelling that Mrs. Claus brings to the occasion.
Mrs. Claus seamlessly weaves storying telling, a craft, magic, Santa’s favorite cookies, Christmas Carols, and a children's question/answer session that is not to be missed. The kids ask about the cutest things! There are many photo opportunities!
You may choose to customize Mrs. Claus's visit. Packages vary by activities and times up to 90 minutes of pure excitement and joy!

Influences and inspiration
