Magician Sean Whittaker

Close-Up/Mingling Magic (All Ages): While guests arrive, Sean moves through the crowd performing mind-blowing magic for small groups; creating natural moments of conversation and connection between guests.

Close-up magic works especially well for corporate events that need an icebreaker, or larger events that need to connect people across different backgrounds and age ranges.

Comedy Magic/Parlor Magic (Adult Audience): Sean presents a fully structured comedy magic show for everyone at once; blending stand-up style bits with impossible moments of magic.

He performs as a fully committed comedic character who acts like he’s the star of an action movie. The audience instantly recognizes the humor, and gets pulled right in.

Comedic Kids Shows (Ages 4-9): 30–45 minutes of laughter and amazement in a magic show where pies end up in Sean’s face, tricks go hilariously wrong. The show is packed with audience interaction, and gurantee's all the kids have the opportunity to make the magic happen.

Sean has been passionate about performing arts and magic from a young age, eventually earning a full-time Theatre Diploma from Douglas College in 2023.

His early professional work included close-up and mingling magic for corporate events and restaurants. During this time, he also worked as an event planner for major kids’ festivals.

After joining the Canadian Association of Magicians and the Fraser Valley Magic Company, Sean expanded into children’s shows, drawing on his experience teaching magic and juggling at schools and camps.

To this day Sean performs shows for both kids, and adults making him a great fit for family events, or events that require a tailored experience.
