Magical Santa Memories

If you decide to book with Magical Memories with Santa. You can anticipate a grand entrance by Santa, a meet and greet session, individual meetings with each child, photo opportunities, reading of a story if desired, and singing (fun, not professional). Santa is also happy to hand out provided gifts.
If you decide to book, I will collaborate with you to tailor this event. My goal is to provide a magical memory, with the hope of establishing a lasting relationship.

Santa made a grand entrance by helicopter at the Oakdale "Santa Drop" creating an unforgettable, high-impact holiday moment for the entire community.
VIP HOLIDAY EVENT
Santa Doug visited Levi Stadium for the JOhn LYnch Foundation holiday party benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of America - bringing smiles to children and families in a meaningful setting.

For Special Events, Santa Doug will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to appearance unless otherwise stipulated rates quoted include mileage. Due to the nature of our traditional outfits, it is necessary that we have periodic breaks and that the performance location be cool and comfortable, we recommend 65 -70 degrees. A break of ten minutes after each 90 minutes of work is requested, and in no instance, shall any performer be required to work longer than 3 hours without a break. If indoors or outdoors in a warm environment, client will supply a fan for the performer and appropriate breaks will be necessary. It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. Should any activities at the event cause a harmful situation that may endanger the talent; or be of a nature unbecoming to traditional Holiday activities; Santa Doug has full rights to immediately terminate appearance and leave or the venue. Furthermore, the client will still be liable for the full value of the contract. All photos taken by individuals, or professional photographers must remain respectful, family-friendly, and in line with generally accepted community standards. Santa and Mrs. Claus will not pose in any photos containing alcohol, tobacco, or illicit drugs. Clients may use images featuring Santa Doug, Mrs. Claus and any other characters associated with Magical Santa Memories in the following manner: Photos may be used on Clients official website, social media platforms, and in both digital and print marketing aimed at their customers. In return Santa Doug requests use of the same photos for promotional purposes and marketing, with the understanding that the photographer owns all rights to the photos and will be credited on any photos used. Santa Doug never uses photos including children, without parental consent. It is therefore assumed that consent has been obtained/given on all photos of children provided to Magical Santa Memories by any photographer.
