For the best experience, we request a clean, level setup area with access to a standard power outlet within 25 feet. An 8x8 space is the minimum for most photo booth setups, and a 10x10 space is preferred for Rosie the Robot, 360 Video Booth, or larger event activations.

Indoor setups are preferred. Outdoor setups must be in a covered, shaded, weather-protected area on a flat surface. We cannot operate in rain, high wind, or unsafe conditions.

Wi-Fi is helpful for instant sharing and uploads, but we can also use available cellular service when possible. Strong venue lighting is preferred, and additional lighting may be provided depending on the package.

Please allow 60–90 minutes for setup before the event start time and reasonable access for loading in equipment. Elevator access may be needed for upstairs venues. A nearby loading area or parking access is appreciated.

We provide professional, clean, event-ready equipment and work with the venue to make setup smooth and guest-friendly.
