October 5, 2026Wowza! Worth every penny!
John really made the night! My guest absolutely adored him and I’m so happy I thought of booking a magician for my party. He didn’t need a lot of room and was able to make a small place into a big stage. He was on time, polite and a good character. 100% won’t be the last time I see him.

August 16, 2026The highlight of the party for old and young
John Tudor was incredible! We had a birthday party for my magic loving 6 year old and with 14 kids and 20 or so adults - John kept us all enthralled! There was cheering, ooohhs and ahhhs, absolute awe from all audience members. Mr Tudor kept the pace fast and fun, he pulled guests and was a huge hit! We highly recommend him and his rabbit Lucky!

June 19, 2025Very colorful , entertaining and interactive show.
The Magic of John Tudor visited our Summer Camp in Charleston SC. He totally captivated and entertained a group of 114 children ages 5-11. To keep them engaged, focused and entertained for an hour is a great task and he did just that! I would highly recommend him for your entertainment event.

What to expect
John Tudor's shows are INTERACTIVE, with the accent on COMEDY, usually leading to a STANDING OVATION. Special guest is Lucy, the TRAINED RABBIT, who is pulled from a hat and performs magic and mind reading.
PRE-SHOW
Before most shows begin, John Tudor warms up the crowd with sleight of hand magic performed close up, interactive tricks with cards, money, wands, soap bubbles, etc. to build anticipation.
THE SHOW
MONEY FROM EVERYWHERE Tudor starts strong, with a high impact routine where handfuls of money are pulled out of the air, from the audience, and everywhere.
AUDIENCE MAGIC Interactive audience participation routines follow, where audience members are up on stage in spontaneous comedy situations: like the Floating Present (a levitation that becomes a gift), or Starcle (where an audience member becomes "a star", and takes a star home for a souvenir).
STORY MAGIC Tudor excels at magic stories that stir the emotions, like Drawing Down the Moon (spectators help do magic with moon's phases), and the Haunted Sword (where three selected cards are stabbed in the air).
VISUAL MAGIC Several routines present dazzling spectacles, like making a cloud of colored paper butterflies appear, and silk banners that change colors.

"The audience gasped with delight at Tudor's stylish magicianship." - THE STATE NEWS
John's heartwarming magic has been enjoyed across North America professionally since 1987. He appears in theaters and television, for Fortune 500 companies, and for conferences, and educational venues. His shows are a "magical journey", an energetic mix of imaginative stories and state-of-the-art magic. John's magic is born out of passion and theater; and by pulling rabbits out of hats, he seeks to bring out the magic in everyone. His magic secret is his way with the audience. Everyone becomes part of a performance that "not just entertains, but leaves the audience with opened minds." - (Orangeburg Times) _________________________________________________________
Rave Reviews
"I would recommend John Tudor without hesitation to any organization that asked. He was very professional, very accommodating, and very entertaining. John arrived early and stayed late; he worked well with the hotel staff, the casino staff and our emcee; he involved the crowd and his show was appropriate for the time of day and the professional crowd attending."
-Susan Longshore, Essex Homes
“John is a 'Class Act' and goes far beyond the usual magician's capabilities. Thanks for a tremendous performance and a professional approach.”
-Peter Burroughs, Coca Cola
"We have booked The Magic of John Tudor a dozen times over the past 5 years. We presented his full show in a 800 seat theatre with full lighting and sound and it was terrific. Especially great with kids. We also use him for festivals, donor receptions and fundraisers. He can work in virtually any setting, with any audience, is funny and his magic tricks are dazzling. Easy to work with, understands the business and will make your event memorable."
-Andrew Witt, Cultural Council of Richland and Lexington Counties
“Fantastic! You're just Fantastic!”
