Magic and Mentalism by Paul Andrich

The family show:
Paul will come with a show that he has performed across the country. A show that's designed to get laughs from both the young and the old, while also having effects good enough to astonish all those attending as well. The trick to a great family show is to get everyone involved.

For the adult audiences:
His walk around magic involves close up effects that will blow people away. He's taken years to hand pick magic tricks that are there to dazzle your guests. They're intense. His goal is to both visually and psychologically stun your audience by showing them things that they didn't think were possible, even as trickery.

His parlour and stage show includes feats of Mentalism mixed with modernized classics of magic. His performance style is geared towards creating a connection with the audience. His goal is to build an emotional bond with his spectators, then to show them things that will make them believe that just maybe magic is real.

Paul Andrich started performing at the age of 8 years old in 1989.

His parents signed him up for the group Chemo Clowns. He went to their regular meetings and immediately started performing at charity functions as a volunteer. He showed an affinity and natural talent for making balloon animals/sculptures and very quickly found himself represented by several agents, even at such a young age.

Over the years he's done it all. Family festivals, circuses, carnivals, kids birthdays, corporate events, trade shows, weddings, bar mitzvahs and stage shows.

He was even hired by McDonalds Canada to play Ronald McDonald and portrayed the character for close to a decade.

They say as a performer you should specialize, but Paul loves working with all ages. He loves doing family friendly shows, but he also loves the more serious adult magic shows. The shows that elicit constant gasps of surprise from his audience.

His adult magic is very influenced by performers like David Blaine, Richard Osterlind and Joshua Jay who let the magic speak for itself.

His family magic show is inspired by performers like David Williamson who know how to bring laughter to kids and adults at the same time with their wacky antics and sharp wit.

When he's not performing you can often find him acting in different projects. He's played characters on TV shows like Supernatural, NBC's Psych, Fringe, Level Up and Burden Of Truth Starring Kristin Kreuk. He's also been in a number of TV commercials and movies. Mostly recently you can find him in the recent sequel to the classic film SNIPER. The original Starred Tom Beringer.

Paul also invents and sells magic tricks internationally. Some very well-known magicians have purchased and performed effects which Paul had invented and marketed.

These requirements will be figured out on a case by case basis. Paul does come with his own high end PA system, but for larger crowds more can be arranged.
