Lynn Roberts is the total package!

I have had the pleasure of producing and directing three shows with Lynn. Show # 1 is "ON THE AIR" - A tribute to Bob Hope and Radio Stars of the 1940's in which Lynn performs as Bob Hope, Red Skelton, Jack Benny and Jimmy Durante, Show # 2 Is "Bob & Bing's Road Show, in which He also performs the aforementioned legends, and Show # 3,
"Heavenly Laughter - Benny fiddles while George Burns" where he portrays Jack Benny, LYNN ROBERTS SHINES IN ALL THREE PRODUCTIONS! He is one of the easiest actor/impressionist to work with and ALWAYS delivers a superb performance.

Hired as: Actor, Bob Hope Impersonator, Impersonator, Look-Alike, Multi-Instrumentalist, Red Skelton Impersonator

The word SPECIAL would be an understatement. No question.

Words cannot describe what was felt in my heart, but also the audience, as I had seen their faces when they left at the end of the show. But all I have here are words to describe what I personally felt. If someone were to come to me and ask if there was a way to have a stage show that would bring back the best of the best and enthrall an audience with the same talent, appearance, energy, and embodiment of the greats of all time like Bob Hope, Jack Benny, and many more, I of course would say I wish it can be done. I really miss Bob Hope and Jack and the rest. I would love to go out and see them on stage live. But we know that is only a dream and can't be done. But recently I found out I was wrong. Totally wrong! And was so happy to be wrong. As I sat in the theater I was transformed to another place. Once again, words cannot describe. One would have to experience. But YES.... I was in the same room as Bob Hope, Jack Benny and all of my faves. A dream come true. God bless Lynn Roberts and all others that make this magical time happen for me and anyone who has ever seen it. Please don't miss it if you hear about it. Please don't. The word SPECIAL would be an understatement. No question.

Set list

Performance set list depends on what is needed from me. What impersonations I will be doing or If I am playing, what type of audience do we have.

Influences and inspiration

Of course I have been a fan of Red Skelton, Jack Benny, Bob Hope, Jimmy Durante and all of the great classic comedians. I have copied then for years but have finally matured to pull of a very authentic tribute to them.
The musical part of my performance has been influenced by the big bands of the 40's 50's. I lead my own big band which is called, "The Swinging Saxes"

Setup requirements

Sound, lighting, with stage monitors,CD player and tech. or live band.

Testimonials

but it is sincerely from the heart and is only a token of our appreciation for the work you do in honoring the American veteran. We cannot thank you enough for the performance you delivered........even off stage. You are a good man and I feel fortunate that our paths have crossed....................... I'm sure that none of this is news to you, but the positive impact you have on people is just incredible. Certainly, the celebrities you have chosen to impersonate have their own persona, but Lynn Roberts is at the heart of each and gives them substance. It appears, that your's is not just an "act". You should be proud of the work you do and joy you bring to uncountable people. Thanks again for your services and comradeship. I have been tardy in responding to your email for one reason. I have been flooded all day (literally) with compliments and heart felt thanks regarding your performance. The response is just incredible. Congratulations, and again, thank

Lynn Roberts is a great talent. He won a Lifetime Achievement award last year at The International Impersonators Convention in Las Vegas. Lynn entertained us with songs that he sang. He played many different musical instruments including a clarinet and saxophone at the same time to sound like a Scottish Bagpipe, (hard to believe but if you shut your eyes, you heard a bagpipe). He played two saxophones at once and also played two trumpets at the same time. He also found time to pound out some notes on a piano. He did impersonations of Red Skelton, W. C. Fields, Jack Benny, Jimmy Durante and Bob Hope. Ask people who were there how he could play a golf club like a flute and a harmonica.

Thank you for serving as guest emcee for the Dam Safety 08 annual Conference in Indian Wells, California. Your performance as Bob Hope perfectly suited the opening session that was both informative and entertaining. The 800 dam safety professionals in attendance enjoyed your monologue so much that you even got several votes as the conference's "best speaker"! I know it wasn't easy to keep all the different officers and guests questions and answers on track, but you conducted the interview segment flawlessly, Thank you also for working with us to time the video presentation with your rendition of "Thanks for the Memories". It was a fitting tribute to kick off out 25th Anniversary conference, and

You are a very talented entertainer and a great guy. The audiences came away feeling so good. The comments I received have been wonderful. One I will copy you on came from a fella who said he and his wife go to Branson every year and yours was better than shows they see there! I pray we have an opportunity to work together again on your performances, and voice over work.

– Steven Zambo - Salty Earth Pictures, Wisc.

Lynn, What a talented guy. Our audiences loved all of your impersonations and musical numbers. Afterward a guest came to me and said that he and his wife have been going to Branson, Mo. to see shows for years and have never seen one as good as the one you put on here at Salty Earth Pictures. we look forward to having you back.
