From the moment our team arrives, your event gains a refined, interactive centerpiece. Guests are personally welcomed by our dedicated posing coordinator, who greets each one, suggests a pose that best matches their personality, and creates an experience unlike anything they have encountered before. From there, our professional artists capture them in a custom piece created live before their eyes.
Every event is staffed with a team of at least three: one posing coordinator and two artists. We built it this way for a reason. While the artists stay focused on completing as many portraits as possible throughout the night, the posing coordinator ensures that every guest receives the full, undivided attention of a dedicated person at all times. The result is both efficiency and a seamless guest experience, with no one left waiting without care.
Our style is distinctive and intentional. Rather than focusing on facial features, we capture the guest's personality through their silhouette, their attire, and a pose that reflects who they are, complemented by creative doodles the artist adds to bring the piece to life based on what they see or what the posing coordinator shares. Each portrait takes roughly 8 to 12 minutes depending on attire and pose, and anyone who knows the guest will recognize them instantly. Our artists work in alcohol markers for a brighter, more vibrant finish, and no two portraits are ever alike. Poses may be similar, but they are never the same. Our posing coordinators are trained to suggest something unique to each guest, so every piece is truly one of a kind.
When you hire The Portrait House Co., you receive more than portraits. You receive a fully produced guest experience. That includes a dedicated posing coordinator, professional artists, a custom monogram designed for your event, and finished artwork that captures each guest's personality and presence. As the #1 live-art hospitality company, we pride ourselves on delivering an elevated guest experience with the polish and discretion you would expect from a luxury vendor, so you can stay focused on your event while we take care of your guests.
Planners can count on us to arrive prepared, set up seamlessly, and blend beautifully into the aesthetic of the day. The result is a memorable, high-touch moment that keeps guests engaged, elevates the overall experience, and sends everyone home with a keepsake they will treasure for years.

This is a unique experience most guests have never had before. It sets the host apart in a way few details can, and it lingers. Long after the event ends, every glance at that portrait brings the feeling of the night rushing back. That is the quiet power of being seen, and it is what makes the gesture unforgettable.
What sets us apart is the experience itself. We don't just draw portraits, we host your guests. Every booking includes personal posing, warm guest interaction, a custom monogram design, and artwork that captures each guest's personality and presence. It's refined hospitality, not just a live-art station, and it fills the natural lulls of your timeline with something guests genuinely gather around.
Proudly serving Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and Sedona, along with destination events beyond. Our team delivers a polished, high-touch experience your guests will be talking about. Everything else is handled by us.
Full details below.
Space: We set up wherever your guests will spend the most time during the event, so the portrait station stays busy and becomes a natural centerpiece. We ask that our station not be placed directly beside the food or bar, so those lines don't interfere with the guest experience at the portraits. If your event calls for it, we also have systems in place to set up at multiple locations throughout the day.
Table and seating: We ask the venue to provide at least one 6ft table and at least three chairs, two for our artists and one for our posing coordinator. If you would like the table cover to match your event linens, you are welcome to provide your own. If not, we bring a standard black cover that keeps everything clean and elevated.
Power: Our station should be positioned within 50 feet of a standard power outlet.
Outdoor events: If we are setting up outside, we require a shaded, covered area so our artists are protected from direct sun throughout the event. Please note that tree shade does not qualify. The covering must be a structure, such as a tent, canopy, pavilion, or covered patio.
Sound and staging: No sound or staging requirements on our end. Our experience is intimate and guest-facing, and blends naturally into your event's existing atmosphere.
We finalize all logistics with you and your planner ahead of time, so setup on the day is effortless and everything is handled with care.
