We coordinate directly with your venue or planner on load-in, timing, and space so you don’t have to manage us.

The Scent Atelier is a luxury perfume and cologne bar that comes to your event. Guests are guided through a curated library of premium fragrance notes, blend their own signature scent, personalize the label, and take home a keepsake they’ll actually wear.

It’s a favor that doesn’t get left on the table and an activation that gives guests something to do, talk about, and remember. We work with corporate events and holiday parties, brand launches and activations, galas and fundraisers, conferences and networking events, weddings, showers, and milestone celebrations. Guest flow runs roughly 12–15 people per 30 minutes, and we’ve built setups for intimate groups of 20 through 200+ guest events.

Founded and hosted by a corporate event planner, so we arrive early, work to your run-of-show, coordinate directly with your venue, and leave the space exactly as we found it. Labels, scents, signage, and packaging can all be customized to your brand colors, logo, or event theme.
Based in Center City Philadelphia and traveling throughout the region

• Setup requires approximately 6’ x 6’ of floor space with a flat, level surface. Our canopy extends beyond the cart, so please allow roughly 8’ x 8’ of total clearance.
• Our signature canopy stands 6.5’ tall and fits comfortably under standard ceilings. For unusually low spaces, we can set up without it, just let us know in advance.
• Fully insured for every event. A certificate of insurance naming your venue as additional insured is provided upon booking.
• Please keep the setup area clear of chandeliers, low beams, ceiling fans, and hanging fixtures.
• Venue access 60–90 minutes before guest arrival.
• Indoor preferred. Outdoor events require a covered, weather-protected area.
• Standard venue lighting. Power access is helpful but not always required.
• Guests stand at the bar; no seating required.
• Each guest takes home a [X]ml bottle of their custom blend: will work with clients on bottle options + packages
• Fragrances, labels, signage, and packaging can be customized for corporate branding or event themes. Custom branding requires 3 weeks lead time.
• All materials, bottles, and packaging are provided by us for your guests to take home
• Serving Philadelphia and the surrounding region; travel beyond our standard area may include a fee.
