Luciana Da Silva is a Brazilian-born dancer, educator, producer, and cultural ambassador with over 20 years of international experience. Founder of Luciana Da Silva Dance, she brings the joy, energy, and traditions of Brazil and Latin America to audiences through performance, education, and interactive cultural experiences.

Specializing in Brazilian Samba and Afro-Brazilian dance, Luciana also teaches and performs Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Forró, Flamenco, Belly Dance, and other Latin rhythms. She has taught children, adults, and seniors at schools, senior centers, hospitals, community colleges, universities, festivals, and community organizations throughout New York, New Jersey, across the U.S., and internationally.

Luciana works with a diverse team of professional dancers, teachers, musicians, and Latin American folkloric artists, allowing her to create customized programs ranging from solo performances and dance classes to full cultural showcases with multiple dancers and live music.

Authenticity and cultural respect are at the heart of her work. Programs can incorporate authentic costumes, music, language, history, and cultural background, helping audiences experience not only the movement but also the traditions and stories behind the dances.

Her career includes creating the Viva Brazil Festival, collaborating with the Brazilian Consulate in Colorado, producing a parade for the U.S. Olympic Training Center, training dancers for NYC parades, and participating in Rio de Janeiro Carnival.
