What to Expect: Our Planning Process

Thank you for considering Lovely Moments and Events for your special day. Here's what working together looks like, start to finish.

OUR PROCESS
Initial Inquiry — Reach out via our website, phone, or referral. We confirm receipt within 48 hours.
Discovery Call — A 15-30 min video or phone chat about your event: date, guest count, budget, vision, and must-haves.
Proposal & Options — We send a quote with pricing and a rough timeline based on your selections.
Booking & Contract — Choose your direction, sign the contract, and pay a deposit to secure your date.
Final Details Meeting — 4 weeks out: Confirmed design for backdrops. Final headcount for mobile flower bar.
Week Before: Final payment due if paying by credit card.
Event Day — We arrive early to setup and collect final payment before the event starts if paying in cash.
Wrap-Up — Take down and delivery of audio messages for audio guestbooks.

STAYING IN TOUCH
We communicate by email for formal items (approvals, proposals) and text for quick questions.
Response time: within 48 hours, often sooner.
Revisions: 1 round included free. Extra revisions may incur a small fee, discussed with you first.

DATES & CHANGES FOR BACKDROPS & AUDIO GUESTBOOKS
Date changes 7+ days out: accommodated when possible, no fee, subject to availability.
Changes under 7 days out: rescheduling fee applies (amount confirmed in your contract).

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS
All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. Cancellations forfeit this deposit.

MOBILE FLOWER BAR AND OUTDOOR EVENTS
Minimum 20 guests to book (no minimum for audio guest book or backdrops).
Changes within 2 weeks of your event: $200 fee.
Weather: moved indoors for rain; cancelled for severe storms for safety.

CUSTOMIZATION
Add-ons can be customized, and pricing is TBD based on your selections.
