When a customer contacts us we first need to establish the date/time of the event, location, number of expected guests, nature/theme of the event, and any other special information. This will allow us to create an experience that is unique for you. We will send a proposal to the you and upon approval send a final service agreement with all the terms and conditions of your rental.
We arrive 30-45 minuets prior to your rental start time to begin set-up. If an earlier arrival time is needed please communicate that during your booking process.
An operator will remain with the booth for the duration of the rental to help guests take their best photos, retain a neat and orderly prop table, print and distribute photos, assist guest with social media uploads, and upon conclusion break-down booth for transport.

Unlike many other photo booths companies, The Photo Booth Lady is not a large corporation, it's owned and operated by me, the founder, Michelle Pennington and my husband. Because of that I can work with almost any budget and my customers get great personalized service and attention! All of our booth rentals are for UNLIMITED photo booth sessions, so your guests can enjoy the booth all day/evening long without the worry of 'using it too much.'
We create photo layouts specific to your special event and I promise you will LOVE it!
We supply all the props to make your photos even more fun and exciting and if you are having a themed party we provide themed props as well.
If you are social media crazy then we have the perfect booth for you. Our photo booth can upload your photos directly to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and your party/event can be trending before it's even over. AWESOME
Booth Dimensions are 5x5x10 and a 10'x20' unobstructed space is required to host booth and prop table
Open air booth is approximately 9'x6'
A 4x4 or 6' banquet table is requested to hold props and printer
Wi-Fi connection required for digital upload
Electrical source required for traditional photo prints
