October 21, 2024I messaged Eric two weeks before our event to ask about last minute details and when he replied, he informed me that he was no longer coming due to a "scheduling conflict." If I wouldn't have reached out to him, when would I have found out he wasn't coming? Very stressful experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the stress and frustration caused by the scheduling conflict. I understand how important your event was, and I take full responsibility for the cancellation. As you are aware life happens and schedule conflicts arise, this one had to do with my kids so I needed to be there for them. I believe that two weeks was a sufficient amount of time for a cancellation, however I should have notified you sooner about the change, and I regret that you were left in a difficult position.
Please know that your experience has prompted me to review my processes to ensure better communication with clients moving forward.
Once again, I truly apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding. If there is anything I can do to make it right, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

September 29, 2023We held a dinner recognition event for a large group, and Eric was a fantastic musician to bring in for this event. He was extremely flexible, as we originally planned to hold our event outside, but needed to move it indoors for bad weather.
Eric came in with a plan for a great lineup of cover songs that everyone enjoyed - he could obviously read the room and play songs that matched the audience, as I only gave him a small bit of information about the crowd. Everyone I spoke to mentioned that they loved his sound. Overall, I would definitely ask Local Stereo to play future events.
