For most services, we require a clean, level setup area with safe access to standard electrical power. Photo booths and LED digital displays may require access to a nearby outlet, adequate space for guests to stand and move comfortably, and a protected area away from rain, moisture, direct wind, or unsafe flooring. For outdoor events, a covered or shaded setup area may be required.

Lighting needs depend on the event space and service selected. Our photo booth and display setups are designed to work well in most event environments, but additional lighting may be recommended for darker venues or evening events. Sound is not typically required unless a custom service or event feature includes audio needs.

Clients or planners should provide venue access for setup and breakdown, parking or loading access when available, and any venue rules related to vendor arrival, power use, placement, or equipment restrictions. Final space, power, timing, and setup requirements will be reviewed before the event to help ensure a smooth and professional presentation.
