Lizzy Paris (formerly Jasmine Nichol) is a Bay Area-born, genre-bending artist whose music transcends boundaries. Her sound—a rich blend of R&B/soul, jazz, pop, and alternative—invites listeners into a world where love, healing, and spirituality intertwine with an unwavering voice for justice.

Throughout her journey, Lizzy has shared stages with icons like Bilal, Miguel, Jhené Aiko, JoJo & Leah LaBelle, Snoop Dogg, IAMSU, Travis Garland, and Amelia Day. She’s lit up venues from The Hotel Café in Los Angeles to Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, and has graced festivals like the 2025 Black Joy Parade, Lovers Lane in SF’s Mission District, and the groundbreaking cannabis-inclusive event at the California State Fair.

Her artistry has been recognized by NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest—where she was named a standout among nearly 7,000 entries—and celebrated by outlets like KQED, Sacramento News & Review, Lock Mag, and Social Magazine. She has lent her voice to Grammy-nominated poet Shawn William’s project and earned a spotlight from Iyanla Vanzant for Autism Awareness Month.
Lizzy’s soulful presence extends far beyond the stage, from performing the national anthem for the Sacramento Kings, Oakland A’s, and viral baseball stars the Savannah Bananas, to working with Atlantic Records and Artist Publishing Group (APG) as a prolific songwriter.

Deeply rooted in her spiritual path, Lizzy is also a certified sound healer and meditation teacher. Through her company, Sounds in Blüme, she blends music and wellness to create spaces of calm, connection, and transformation.

My band and I are tech-savvy and flexible — we’re able to connect to any in-house PA system provided at the venue. We come prepared with our own instruments, cables, and mics as needed, and we’re comfortable working with sound engineers or handling our own setup if required.

If a PA system is not available at the venue, no worries — I have my own professional PA system and can come fully equipped to provide high-quality sound for the space.
