LiveTen Media is not just an AV labor company but a team of experienced audiovisual professionals.
We faced a critical point in our industry's history during the pandemic when it teetered on the edge of
collapse. Recognizing the opportunity ahead, our team embarked on a mission to redefine the
standards for audiovisual professionals. We assembled a group of sought-after AV experts from across the nation who bring their expertise and talent to their local market events, ensuring that your expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Unmatched Skill and Experience: Each technician at LiveTen undergoes a rigorous vetting process to ensure they are the perfect fit for their designated role. We maintain our high-quality standards by consistently
evaluating their performance.

Devoted to Customer Service: Our techs are dedicated to maintaining open lines of communication with you from the moment our technicians arrive on day one until the conclusion of your event. Additionally, our management staff will be readily available either on-site or through phone and email.

Emphasizing Safety and Expertise: With a paramount focus on safety, our seasoned professionals prioritize the well-being of every participant and staff member throughout each event. We firmly adhere to the
principle of “Make it safe,” ensuring a secure environment at all times.

Additional booking notes

Depending on the service you book with us, setup needs may vary. Below is a general breakdown of our most common requirements:

- Audio/Visual & Lighting Services
Access to dedicated power outlets (110V minimum; 20–30 amp circuits for larger setups)
Clear space for setup (minimum 8'x10' for basic packages; larger for full stage builds)
Load-in access (loading dock, driveway, or nearby parking ideal)
1–3 hours setup time (may vary based on package)
For outdoor events, we recommend shaded or covered areas to protect equipment
Control table or FOH area for mixing board and tech gear (ideally 6'x4')

- DJ Services
Flat space for DJ table setup (minimum 6'x6')
Access to at least one 20A power outlet
Covering/tent if outdoors (to protect equipment)
Adequate lighting or access to event lighting for DJ visibility (we can provide this too)

-Lighting Installations
Access to height or rigging points for uplights/moving heads (if ceiling mounts are used)
Floor space around stage or walls for LED uplighting and pin spots
Power drops on either side of performance area for even distribution

-Photography Services (LiveTen Visual)
No stage requirements; however:
Indoor or shaded space preferred for photo booths
Access to power if lighting or backdrop setups are included
Room for a small editing station (optional but helpful if requested)

- Tech Staffing Only
We’ll work with your existing gear or venue systems

Venue tech specs or diagram (if available)
Load-in time and call sheet
