ANDREW DONOFRIO has spent most of his life in leadership positions and helping people to grow and succeed. At 18, he started his career in law enforcement and at 24 was promoted to Sergeant. During his 25 years in law enforcement, Andrew advanced to Lieutenant, created and grew a nationally recognized Computer Crimes Unit with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. Upon retirement, he leveraged this experience to establish his own IT security auditing firm, which he grew and ultimately sold.

Andrew soon realized that his life-long passion of helping people grow and develop personally and professionally, could be a new chapter in his life. He launched Andrew Donofrio, LLC, a thriving practice specializing in coaching, speaking, and training. He is a specialist in helping people create their vision for the future and achieve their greatest potential.

To assure he brings the very best to his clients, Andrew received coaching and training certifications in professional and leadership development, as well as life, health, and financial coaching. Using what he’s learned through these certifications in conjunction with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in management, Andrew is passionate about helping people achieve success in all areas of life.
