What to expect

You can expect your roller to arrive 60 minutes prior to your event start time. Roller will be set-up and ready to start prior to guests arrival, with cigars ready to enjoy. The roller will answer questions, explain the process, and cut and light guests cigars upon request. Roller will continue to roll while guests enjoy their cigars or the event until 25 cigars have been been rolled or up to 3 hours of the event.
Custom labeled cigars will be available for your event and will come with roller pre-prepared at an additional charge.

North Bay Cigar Company is proudly veteran-owned (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and operated by a retired firefighter/paramedic. Our commitment to excellence and service is reflected in every event we cater to. Our love for cigars started in 1995 at a Beach Boys concert in Tinley Park, IL. Many years later we started learning from master Cuban rollers on crafting our own blends. Today we are happy serve you and your guests as Live Rollers of hand crafted cigars and private label our blends with your labl. Enough about us.

Additional booking notes

**Deposit Policy: ** Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
**Gratuity: ** If you would like to leave a gratuity or tip for the cigar roller, please inform us at the time of booking. Otherwise, the roller will place a tip box at the event. *
*Custom labeled cigars above the 25 live rolled are available at a cost of $6.50 per cigar. To ensure timely processing, artwork for custom labels must be provided to us at least 30 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 rush fee.
**On-Site Labeling:** Please note that cigars rolled at the event cannot be individually labeled.
**Florida Tax Exemption:** In accordance with Florida state law, sales tax can only be omitted if you possess a current State of Florida Tobacco Permit. No exceptions can be made to this policy. *
**Client-Provided Setup:** For the cigar rolling setup, you are required to provide the following: a 4ft to 6ft table, one chair, access to an electric outlet and an extension cord if needed, and a small trash can. Unless otherwise specified.
**Setup** Outdoor setting is okay, the client however must have a shaded and or covered area for our rollers to work for the best experience.
**Weather** If the event is outdoor – clients are required to have an indoor location ready in the case of high wind, extreme heat, rain, etc. The tobacco leaves are delicate and difficult to handle in these conditions, we want your guests to have a good experience and want our cigars to be enjoyed to the fullest extent.
**Roller Arrival and Setup:** Our cigar rollers will arrive between 30 minutes to one hour prior to the scheduled start time for setup. For example, if your event is scheduled from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the roller will arrive between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM to prepare. Purchasing this event through this invoice is to indicate your agreement to these contract terms.
