This is a virtual event design service where I create a complete, customized event blueprint based on your vision, venue, guest count, and budget.
You will receive a step-by-step design plan that shows you exactly how to bring your event to life—visually, stylistically, and organizationally.
This service is for clients who want a beautifully designed, cohesive event without the stress of figuring out layout, decor, or styling decisions on their own.

Custom theme development

📍 Layout & Space Design
Full room layout recommendations
Table placement and flow of space

To keep expectations clear and ensure quality service:
I do NOT book venues, caterers, or vendors
I do NOT attend, host, or execute events in person
I do NOT handle setup or day-of coordination
I do NOT purchase items on your behalf
I am not responsible for vendor pricing, availability, or delivery issues
I am not responsible for shipping delays, out-of-stock items, or substitutions made by retailers or vendors
I am not responsible for guest behavior, venue staff, or event-day outcomes
🧍 Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
Securing and paying for the venue
Booking all vendors (catering, entertainment, rentals, etc.)
Purchasing all recommended items
Event setup and breakdown
Final execution of the event plan
💳 Payment Terms
Total service fee: $175 per event space
50% deposit required at booking to begin design work
Remaining 50% is due prior to delivery of final event design package
No final design materials will be released until full payment is received
🔁 Revisions
Includes reasonable minor revisions (example: layout adjustments, timeline tweaks, small styling changes)
Major changes to theme, scope, or direction may require additional fees

My background includes planning and coordinating everything from large community events with thousands of attendees to intimate gatherings such as children's birthday parties, baby showers, milestone birthdays, bridal showers, and other special occasions.

My passion is bringing each client's vision to life with thoughtful details, creative design, and seamless coordination. While I especially love creating cottagecore, rustic, and French country-inspired events, I'm happy to design celebrations in any style to reflect your unique personality and vision.

When I'm not planning events, you'll find me spending time with my children or enjoying the outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and exploring nature. I believe the best celebrations are personal, meaningful, and filled with joy, and I'm committed to making every event as memorable as possible.
