Lisa Rehurek ROCKS Tucson AZ!

With Lisa at the mic there's never a dull moment! The Good to GLAM audience was full of women who came just to see Lisa's presentation. Her powerful message, coupled with her humor and down to earth style, made the entire presentation tickle with excitement. She captured the heart of the attendees with her own personal touching story and offered a few laughs along the way. We were so thrilled to have Lisa that we've asked her to be one of our speakers at our very first all day seminar and look forward to having her in our world for another spectacular message!!

Hired as: Business Motivational Speaker, Leadership/Success Speaker

KEYNOTE #2: People Power! The Key to Understanding Your Most Powerful Asset

There’s more to each individual employee than meets the eye, and there’s a science behind it!

 Have you ever hired the “perfect” candidate, only to have them leave six months later?
 Have you ever worked with someone that just annoys you with every step they make?

The secret formula is in understanding others’ behavioral style AND key motivators. We are all wired differently, and once we learn to understand and identify that, we learn to relate in a whole new way.

In this talk, you’ll learn:

 The key to understanding different behavioral styles and motivators so you can improve communication and team dynamics
 How to identify when your employees are under stress
 Why every person is motivated different and how that shows up in their day-to-day work

NOTE: This talk can be a keynote or a workshop. With the workshop, individual assessments are required. This information is based on the DISC behavioral profile and the 12 Driving Forces Motivators profile.

KEYNOTE #3: Wow ‘Em to Win ‘Em: Creating a Successful Proposal Strategy

If your proposal winning percentage isn’t over 50%, your approach deserves a closer look. It’s time to create a winning proposal strategy so you can stand out head and shoulders from the competition, Stop wasting time, money and resources on losing proposals, and create a seamless process that will eliminate “proposal pain”.

KEYNOTE #4: Connect & Influence: The Art of Customer Loyalty

Everyone in your organization influences your customers in one way or another, for good or for bad. Getting all team members to understand the impact of their role in the client relationship is essential to building long-lasting “sticky” client relationships. In this talk, Lisa will share practical strategies to help team members connect with clients and build “family atmosphere” relationships.

NOTE: Although these are Lisa's featured keynotes, she's happy to work with you to customize a presentation for your specific needs.
