Overview

Classical soprano specializing in religious/ceremonial and operatic repertoire

My passion is singing for your sacred and special occasions! Whether it's a church setting or a formal event, I bring a warm, elegant sound that emphasizes the significance of your day. I thrive in church/liturgical settings for occasions like weddings, baptisms, and funerals, and am also available as a performer for corporate or private formal affairs.

If you have song requests, please mention those when you reach out so I can make sure I'm the right vocalist for you. If you're not sure what's appropriate for your event, tell me a little about it and I'll make some suggestions!

Booking information

Price range: $150 – $500 per event

What to expect

You can expect me to be early to your event so I can run through the piece/pieces with the pianist beforehand. Depending on the number of pieces, I may have the piece memorized or may have a folder or music stand with me. I will be dressed appropriately and demure for the event, unless it is a formal recital-esque event where more showmanship is expected.

About

I've been singing classically for 20 years, and received my BA in Music Therapy with a concentration in Vocal & Opera Performance from SHSU in 2015. I was a chorister in Opera Omaha for their 2015-16 season, in Opera in the Heights for their 2018-19 season, and have even had the honor of singing in Carnegie Hall in 2018.

Sacred music and true classical era arias have always been my passion, whether it's meant being a soloist for a choir singing a latin mass, or performing Mozartean or light operatic pieces. Because I'm the singer in the family, I often get the honor of performing at the weddings, funerals, and special occasions of my loved ones, and wanted to share that gift with others who value classical singing.

When I'm not singing, I can be found reading, crocheting, working out, or leading walking tours in downtown ATX!

Additional booking notes

I will need an accompanist for the event, which will be up to you to hire.
