When you book Lights Up Today, you get a professional lighting crew that takes care of everything:

- A consultation to understand your venue, layout, and the look you want
- A custom lighting plan: string light canopies, ambient uplighting, or a full lighting design
- Decor design, delivery, and setup
- Clean, safe installation by our uniformed and fully insured crew
- Teardown and clean up after the event

Lighting packages start at $1,800 for ambient uplighting, $2,500 for string light canopies, and $6,000 for full lighting design. We travel up to 50 miles from Manhattan Beach, covering Los Angeles and Orange County. Payment by card, check, or bank transfer.

Lights Up Today is a family-owned lighting company based in Manhattan Beach, serving Los Angeles and Orange County. Our founder has been hanging lights since 2007, and we have completed more than 5,000 installations for homes, private communities, and businesses across Southern California.

While we are best known for holiday lighting, we bring the same care and craftsmanship to weddings and private events. Our team designs and installs string light canopies, ambient uplighting, and full lighting designs, along with decor design, delivery, setup, and clean up.

We keep things polished and understated. Every event is planned around the space and the feeling you want your guests to have, and our crew handles everything from setup through teardown so you can enjoy the night. We are fully insured and our team speaks English, Spanish, and Arabic.

We bring all lighting fixtures, cords, mounting hardware, and tools needed for the install. Lighting can run on timers or be controlled on site. We work with venues to confirm power locations, mounting points, and any venue rules on attaching to walls, trees, or structures before the event.
