WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM OUR BOUNCY CASTLE RENTAL:
-We are a licensed and insured company.
-We do not charge Reservation or Cancellation Fees. If the weather doesn’t cooperate on the day of your booking or if your child gets sick, you can cancel or reschedule at no charge. Our staff will work with you to arrange a new date or time that better suits your needs.
-Our delivery, setup, take-down, and pick-up charges are included in our daily rental rates for customers living in the Greater Vancouver area.
-Our inflatables are commercial-grade and are manufactured from the highest quality materials.
-Each bouncy castle is cleaned and inspected before and after every rental.
If you decide to book a bouncy castle rental with us, you will receive a WRITTEN Booking Confirmation Form via email that will indicate the rental cost (no hidden fees), delivery date, delivery and pick-up time.
