First we have a phone conversation to see if the services we provide are the services they need. Next we talk about their expectations and their needs for hiring a professional photographer. We then go over our options and discuss the particulars of the session. clothing changers, hairstyle, things of that nature. And finally we discuss the budget and how that fits in to their needs.

I have always loved photographing people. I got my start in the music industry in 1989 photographing local bands, which then led to models and actors. I then went into the wedding industry which gave me a great understanding of how to photograph people quickly efficiently and most importantly, beautifully. I then brought my attention back to head shots and video services both for the professional community and the entertainment Industry. I am a professional photographer with 27 years of experience. I educate myself constantly on new techniques and trends in the industry. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America a professional organization that sets standards and ethics in the photography industry. I have an extensive network of professional partners in the industry. Talent management , casting directors model management. All of which come together to offer my clients and very professional atmosphere to help advance their careers.

We have two studios, one located in Huntington Long Island, the other one in Long Island city New York, one stop on the number seven train from Grand Central Station. Our Huntington studio has a 15' x 30' shooting room with modular ceiling rails for our lighting systems, I prefer a constant light source for head shots, the catch lights are beautiful and draws attention the eyes, The most important part of the photo. I do have a full complement of strobe lights as well, depending on the assignment I will choose my light source accordingly. I have background rollers for various backgrounds as needed. We also have the ability to mount a full green screen psych for video work. The studio is acoustically treated for open mic video interviews or other requirements. The Long Island City studio is smaller but fully equipped. The advantage to my New York studio is we have street locations and also a great rooftop deck for classic New York styling. I have a complete team the professional make up and hair stylists to round out our service for any client.
