I handle setup, soundcheck, and live mixing throughout your event, adjusting as needed to keep everything balanced. At the end of the event, I take care of breakdown and pack-up efficiently, leaving the space as I found it.

1. Event Information (from the customer)
• Event type (concert, wedding, corporate, church, festival, etc.)
• Date(s) and time(s) of the event
• Venue name, address, and room layout (if available)
• Expected audience size

2. Stage / Performance Requirements
• Number of performers (musicians, speakers, vocalists, etc.)
• Input list (instruments, microphones, playback devices, etc.)
• Monitor needs (in-ear monitors, floor wedges, etc.)
• Stage plot (preferred layout of musicians and equipment)

3. Power Requirements
• Dedicated electrical circuits for audio equipment (typically 20A per circuit)
• Stable, grounded power (no shared circuits with lighting or catering equipment if possible)
• Access to power distribution close to the stage area

4. Venue Requirements
• Minimum stage space required (depends on band size and equipment)
• Location for Front of House (FOH) mix position (ideally centered, not blocked by walls or curtains)
• Load-in/load-out access (ramps, elevators, doors)
• Parking/access for sound company vehicle(s)

5. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide a contact person on-site with decision-making authority
• Ensure venue staff is available for access to stage, power, and setup areas
• Confirm schedule for soundcheck and performance start times
• Secure all necessary permits, venue permissions, and noise ordinances.
