To ensure the best possible experience for your audience and a seamless performance for our artists, we kindly ask that the following technical considerations be met. We are adaptable to a variety of venues and will work closely with you to meet your event’s unique requirements.

Performance Space
Minimum Stage/Performance Area: 12’ x 12’ clear, flat surface (larger spaces preferred for full troupe performances)
Indoor or outdoor venues welcome; for outdoor performances, a flat, dry, and stable surface is required.
Adequate clearance from low ceilings, hanging fixtures, or other obstructions, especially for performances involving lifts or acrobatics.

Sound
Professional-grade sound system capable of playing high-quality digital audio files (MP3, WAV, or via USB/aux connection).
A dedicated sound technician or point person available during sound check and performance.
Access to a microphone for MC segments, if applicable.

Lighting
General stage or performance lighting sufficient to clearly see performers and costumes.

For evening or indoor performances, adjustable stage lighting is recommended to highlight movement and enhance visual impact.
Special lighting (spotlights, washes, or color effects) can be coordinated if available.

Costume and Prop Needs
Private changing area near the performance space for costume preparation and quick changes.
Secure storage for props and personal items.

Load-In and Rehearsal
Access to venue for load-in, setup, and sound/light check at least 60–90 minutes prior to performance.
Adequate time for a brief on-site rehearsal if space or conditions are unfamiliar.

Special Requirements
For aerial or circus acts, rigging points and safety inspections must be confirmed prior to booking.
For large-scale productions, additional technical rider details will be provided upon confirmation.

Flexibility
We understand that every event is unique. If your venue cannot meet certain technical specifications, we will work with you to create an alternative plan that still delivers a polished, high-energy, and unforgettable performance.
