Darryl L. Rivers is a U.S. Military Veteran and a retired Law Enforcement Hostage Negotiator. He is the founder and CEO of L.E.A.D. Consulting LLC / The L.E.A.D. Company. He has held leadership positions with multiple organizations, U.S. Military, State and local government agencies. He is the founder and leader of several non-profit organizations and mentors non-profit leaders in several states from Arizona to New Jersey. Darryl is a national leadership speaker and trainer, a published author, Certified Personality Behavioral Analyst, Emotional Intelligence analyst/trainer, and a John Maxwell Certified Team Member licensed to instruct Maxwell's dynamic leadership materials.
