With over 25 years of experience spanning global finance, humanitarian diplomacy, and community development, Patrick brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and mission-driven leadership to his work.
Raised in rural Maine by a WWII veteran father and a devoted homemaker mother, Patrick was instilled early on with values of humility, hard work, and service. Adopted as an infant, he became the first in his family to graduate from college and graduate school, later achieving recognition as a Division I All-American athlete. His career includes serving as the Global Head of Technology Resilience for Broadridge Financial Services, where he led complex initiatives across the fintech sector. Today, through Paxaterra Global, he focuses on strategic resilience, sustainable leadership, and mission-aligned transformation.
Patrick's commitment to service extends beyond his professional endeavors. He has held numerous volunteer leadership roles, including Board President, Development Chair, and Peace Chair within respected nonprofits and global service organizations. Notably, he serves as the Global Partnership Director for Roots of Peace and Peace Chair for Rotary District 5190, working to advance peace through agriculture and empower communities in post-conflict regions.
