At Le Ciel, we believe that perfume is a form of self-expression. My name is Chantel, and I've always loved perfumes and fragrances. I dreamed of an experience I had with my friends where we could create our own personalized perfume; smell all the notes, choose our favorites, and create our own unique scents in a festive atmosphere. So, I created Le Ciel Parfum and added my own personal touch: we come to you- in person or online- and make the process easy and fun.
