August 28, 2024Orlando officiated my wedding on a hot Saturday afternoon. He came well prepared with notes. He seamlessly modified his presentation according to how I wanted the procession to play out, something we didn't even speak about until that day. He grabbed the attention of the crowd and managed to balance the seriousness and romanticism of marriage while still using his trademark humor to keep everything light and fun. I wouldn't think twice if you're looking for someone as a presenter.
Hired as: Wedding Officiant

A diverse and versatile stand-up performance touching on topics like love and marriage, pets, home ownership, the immigrant experience, and absurd observations. I enjoy pushing the audience in a playful way and can get as dark as you'll allow me. I'm also quite fond of crowd work and involving the audience in the act whenever possible.
I pride myself on being a flexible performer (not physically flexible, although for an upcharge I can give contortionism a shot) and can work clean or dirty. My ideal audience is one that is down to play and not easily offended.
Lando Gonzalez was born in Cuba and raised on food stamps. He calls South Florida home but is currently touring the country, headlining shows coast to coast, from Miami to Washington State.
Lando's style is playful, yet often dark and irreverent, taking you through his failures at love, what it's like to experience the U.S. through the eyes of an immigrant, and all kinds of other absurd thoughts trapped in his nerdy little brain.
You might recognize him as a regular at the Improv Comedy Theaters in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. His LMAOF comedy special is currently streaming on OFTV.
Lando has worked alongside some of the best comedians in the industry, including Whitney Cummings, Chris D’Elia, Craig Ferguson (Late Late Show on CBS), Chad Daniels, Jessica Kirson, and many others.
I provide my own professional equipment to events. This includes two mid-size speakers, amp, mixer, microphone, mic stand, spotlight, and stool.

My comedic influences include Bill Burr, Nate Bargatze, Chris Rock, and Jim Gaffigan.
Creating a comedy-friendly atmosphere is important, so I suggest setting up chairs facing a common direction or something that resembles a stage.
