Olivia and the violinist played at my wedding and did a beautiful job. Unfortunately the wedding did start 30mins late so it was pass the time we initially agreed on but she stayed, and still played everything as discussed and did an amazing job. Would recommend! 😊

December 29, 2025Winter Wedding Ceremony
My (now) wife really wanted to have live music for our wedding ceremony. As we continued to look, we found Lakeside Music Studio. Lakeside Music Studio was incredibly professional and kind. She had a large selection of music for us to choose from, and even found a cellist to accompany her for a small fee. We had a zoom call to go over details, and she arrived early and prepared. We made some last minute edits to her location, and her playing was beautiful. From a couple who has a serious musical background, we found her playing to be a wonderful addition to our special day. We strongly recommend Lakeside Music for your harpist needs, especially for weddings.

Olivia did an amazing job playing for my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. She was so flexible and easy to work with and I had no concerns on my big day. All of my guests commented on how tasteful and beautiful the harp was! Highly recommend!!!

What to expect
Lakeside Music Studio works hard to personalize every event, making it perfect for every occasion. After clear communication and booking with a client, we schedule a time for a face-to-face zoom meeting. Within the zoom meeting we clarify a detailed and special music selection for each client. Each packed includes 60 miles of travel, insurance, early set up and tear down and transportation of the harp, and up to two pieces not in our personal repertoire. We have over 150 songs to choose from, but we are always happy to add more to the list.

Lakeside Music Studio has been making events special for over 5 years. We work with each individual client to ensure they receive the best harp music possible for the special occasion, whether it is a wedding, funeral, office party, or family birthday, we work diligently to ensure that each event is catered with the best music of your choosing.
Additional booking notes
SPACE REQUIREMENTS
Performer shall be provided a location out of direct traffic flow, and a minimum of 6’ x 6’ in size.
OVERTIME
In the event that the performer is asked to stay longer than the contracted time, time will be billed at $40
per half-hour.
OUTDOOR EVENTS*
If the event is outdoors, the client will provide a performance location on a level, covered and paved pathway or deck. Temperature must fall between 60-85 degrees and there can be no precipitation within 30 minutes
of expected performance start time. $25 outdoor performance fee will also apply.
PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100 is required to guarantee the booking of this event. Remaining
balance is due 4 weeks before the event date.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation deadline is two weeks prior to the performance date. In the event of a cancelled performance, the client must directly contact Olivia Perschbacher. Events cancelled after the cancellation deadline require
payment in full.
