We recently had Lake Erie Illusions perform at our Father's Day party, and he was absolutely amazing! His tricks were impressive, entertaining, and had everyone wondering, "How did he do that?"
What really stood out was his ability to adapt to our setting. Rather than performing only from a stage, he moved throughout the room, interacting with every table and making sure each guest had a chance to experience the magic up close. He was friendly, engaging, and connected wonderfully with our seniors.
Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the performance, and we received many positive comments afterward. I would not hesitate to hire Lake Erie Illusions again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a unique and memorable entertainment experience.

Lake Erie Illusions went above and beyond to surprise the bride at her bachelorette party; it was the perfect way to end an evening out on the town with lots of laughs and amazement. Worth every penny, this was an experience we won't forget and will be telling stories about for years!

I hired David of Lake Erie Illusions for a gamer party we were having. The game we play features a magician character so I figured I should hire a magician to make things more exciting! I reached out here and David promptly responded and after booking I told him about the theme of the party, and he said he would do his own research on the game and character to play out any mannerisms, voice lines, etc!
Even after the party, we had a guest show up late, after the performance, and while I was helping bring David's stuff back to his car, he stuck around and did more magic for our late arrival guest in the driveway!
Really could not be more impressed with David's hospitality, performance, and dedication to the theme. If you are looking to hire someone LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
At the party we were VERY impressed when David came dressed exactly like the character from our game, mustache and all! Throughout the performance he would say lines from the game and make references to the lore from it! He even changed one of his tricks to reference an ability of the character from the game!
Every trick was awesome and left our group shocked and amazed. David was sure to make sure everyone in our group was able to participate as well!

What to expect
Having perfromed at thousands of events , David is an expert at understanding and providing the best way to utilize magkc at any given event. Understanding the client's vision and needs is key to offering the best possible experience for guests at an event and will make your event one that guests will remember for years to come.
Strolling Close up magic is a perfect way to add fun and amazement to any event or party. Its mobile and flexible and can be worked in and around other activities and is a great addition to create a fun and social atmosphere as people arrive at an event, during cocktail hours, or before or after dinner at an event while people are mingling or aren't out on the dance floor . Strolling from table to table or from small group to small group , close up magic , often dont right in the spectators hands and right in front of their own eyes is an experience they wont soon forget .
Stage shows are interactive and engaging ways to entertain guests and can be adapted to any theme or message a client might want presented. Stage shows can range from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on a client's needs.
About
David has been studying and
performing magic professionally for over 25 years. He grew up in Toledo, OH, and moved to Cleveland in 2013 where he started Lake Erie Illusions.
He is based in NE Ohio but performs regularly in Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, or nationwide as clients desire.
Additional booking notes
Strolling magic is mobile and self contained, David uses small props he carries in his pockets and he mingles and entertains around a room.
For small stage shows David needs a small table to hold small props or he can provide one himslef .
David can use any PA system already set up, can provide his own mic unit to plug into an existing PA system or he can bring his own PA system of needed.
