Laly Noya Rakotoniaina better known as her stage name, “Lady Lakia”. Since girlhood she attended Performing Arts Schools. Even as a teenager she was a student. She attended the prestigious Musician Institute College of Contemporary Music plus NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Also, she’s an independent songwriter, recording artist and producer.
