I am able to present both keynotes and workshops for audiences of all sizes.

I have been on the starting end of multiple nonprofits and businesses, and have spent almost 20 years in the pursuit of justice through volunteering, donating, supporting, and being an advocate for numerous causes. I have a B.S. in Family & Human Services from John Brown University, and am certified as a coach through the Life Purpose Institute.

Using my Signature Reset Formula, I coach activists and nonprofit professionals on how to create sustainable change without burning out.
