If the event is held outdoors, the employer should provide a tent (canopy or tent-like roof) to cover 3 or 4 musicians and the sound equipment.

Or hold the event outdoors but under a roof large enough to prevent the performers from getting wet or the sound equipment from breaking in case of rain
