Kua'aina

Hawaiian for “country folk,” Kua’aina delights audiences at public and private events throughout the greater Sacramento area with its unique styling and fresh harmonies on contemporary and traditional Hawaiian and Island-style music.
Kua’aina frequently provides live musical support to area ukulele clubs, Polynesian dance studios and Hawaiian Hula halau or schools, performing multi-generational Hawaiian songs as comfortably as other genres including Jawaiian, American Roots, jazz, country rock, and R&B. Band members also write and perform original Reggae, soft rock, slack key, jazz, and contemporary Hawaiian compositions.
