K.Sweets Balloons & Decor provides professional balloon installations and event décor. Specific setup requirements may vary depending on the size and design of the installation.

* Setup Area: Client must provide a clean, clear area for installation with enough space for the requested décor.
* Access: A clear pathway to the setup location is required. For larger installations, loading/parking access close to the venue is preferred.
* Outdoor Events: Outdoor installations require consideration of weather conditions, including wind, heat, direct sunlight, and rain. A covered or indoor backup location is strongly recommended.
* Backdrop & Structures: Client is responsible for providing any client-owned backdrop, frame, or structure unless otherwise included in the service. K.Sweets does not drill into walls or permanently alter venue property.
* Power: Standard electrical access may be required if lighting or electrical equipment is included in the package.
* Ceiling/Wall Installations: Any installation requiring attachment to ceilings or walls must have venue approval. Removable installation methods will be used whenever possible.
* Venue Access: A venue contact should be available when needed for access, setup instructions, and venue-specific requirements.
* Setup Time: Installation time varies based on the size and complexity of the design. Clients should allow adequate time before guests arrive for professional setup.
* Décor Care: Once installation is complete, décor should not be moved or adjusted by the client or guests.
* Pickup: Rental items and structures will be removed at the agreed-upon pickup time. Additional pickup or waiting fees may apply if access is unavailable at the scheduled time.

No special lighting, staging, or sound equipment is required for standard balloon décor unless specifically stated in the client’s package.
