October 11, 2026Krystal arrived with a buzz, was pleasant for the first hour. Then she started dropping glass bottles. My guests said she was drinking. I went to check on her and she was slurring her speech. I sent her home. Very unprofessional. Do not use her!

Thank you so much for having me! I enjoyed serving you and your guests Tt! Majority of your guests mentioned to me how satisfied they were with my cocktails, so that's a plus for everyone. You DID NOT send me home, I left willingly at 10pm, the ended time you paid me for. My Uber picked me up at 10:25pm and I have proof of that. I dropped a bottle because it sometimes happens when going in & out of wine buckets full with melted ice. I was standing in a puddle of water for almost 2 whole hours and no one offered to mop or help with clean up. So slippage of a bottle will happen! Again, thank you for allowing me to serve you and your guests, & thank you for the review!

July 21, 2026I hosted a Celebration of Life for my father and, after reading many reviews and communicating with Krystal, I knew she was perfect for the event. My main goal was for my guests to feel that they were celebrating someone who lived 91 happy years. Krystal was undoubtedly a highlight of my party.
Krystal arrived early to set up the bar. I was missing some key items but quickly purchased them. I accidentally purchased an unsweetened juice, but she adjusted the recipe, and the drink was delicious! Krystal demonstrated technical skill and expertise in various cocktails. She kept a smile throughout the night. My guests commented that the evening was more enjoyable because we hired a bartender and had her serve. I will definitely hire Krystal again. Cheers!

October 14, 2026Krystal you were standing in a pool of liquid because you dropped 2 bottles of tequila. I have videos from my guest of you pouring & drinking on the job. Do better…

The pool of liquid came from the bags of ice sitting up against the cooler on the floor behind me. I didn't drop 2 bottles of tequila. I've worked with those bottles of tequila you provided 100's of times and they don't break easily. But thank you for your concern, and I wish you all the best.
