January 25, 2020Kristina was simply amazing. I had some issues with payment through Gigsalad and being close to New Year’s Eve, I could not get in touch with admin. Kristina was warm and kind and sorted it out externally. I had arranged to have her play to the girl of my dreams in downtown LA. We communicated regularly about what songs to play and she would very kindly send me samples which we could discuss. She has perfect pitch which was evident by how quickly she could pick up the songs I wanted.
We were not sure of the date or the venue but Kristina was free and very flexible. When we finally decided where she was playing, I offered to pick her up. She was professional, dressed well (even confirmed what colours to wear beforehand which I thought was a nice touch!) and exactly on time. She set up her stand and liaised with me until my girl entered the room. Without a moment’s hesitation, she started playing so beautifully. She had an arrangement of 4 songs to play and transitioned between them effortlessly. I sat with the girl of my dreams and we listened to our favourite songs in such an amazing atmosphere.
I have plans to ask Kristina to play for us again in the future but don’t want to post them lest the girl she played for ever reads this.
