Home Visits are a Minimum Schedule Block of 30 Minutes and Santa will visit with Child and Provide any negotiated Handout and/or Treat to Each Child.
Santa will also pose for one (1) Digital Photo per Child/Attendee*** Those Photos will be available via SECURE Download from (link hidden)te with an Event Password that Santa's Staff will Provide to Client for Dissemination to Guest(s).

*** (link hidden)te retains all Copyright and Usage License for ANY Photo Taken of Santa during the Event. Photo(s) may only be used for Promotional Purposes by (link hidden)te unless consent is given to the requesting Party.

Non Profit - Corporate - Parade - Other Large Event(s); May be scheduled and negotiated by (link hidden)te and the Client(s).

Personal appearances are being reviewed for Covid-19 safety precautions prior to acceptance of your Gig - event. The Client will be responsible to ensure that all Government and Entertainer requirements for Covid-19 safety are in place or the performance shall be canceled at the expense of the Client. The client further accepts all liability for any and all claim(s) arising from the performance.
