Birthday Dinner Party

Krystie with KPG catering responded to my request for waitstaff within 24 hrs! Clifford arrived right at the specified time. He is professional and a delight to work with. Very motivated and needed little supervision. He arranged the dinner plates beautifully and clean up was immaculate. KPG and Clifford are a great team!

Technical Requirements for Our Services

While our staffing services are flexible and adapt to a wide variety of environments, please review these requirements to ensure the best possible experience:

✅ Staff Check-In & Briefing

Designated check-in location onsite

Access to event schedule, key contacts, and any necessary credentials or badges

15–30 minutes prior to shift start for orientation and setup

✅ Event Space & Environment

Adequate lighting in work areas (especially for registration, sampling, or product demonstrations)

Climate-controlled environment if staff are expected to remain outdoors or in direct sun for extended periods

Sufficient space for displays, signage, and staff movement

✅ Equipment & Supplies

All branded materials, uniforms, giveaways, or supplies provided by the client unless otherwise arranged

Access to secure storage for personal belongings and event materials

✅ Hospitality Staffing

Appropriate workstations or serving areas (e.g., bar setups, catering stations)

Access to necessary equipment (trays, beverage dispensers, utensils, etc.)

Compliance with all local health and safety regulations

✅ Audio/Visual (If Applicable)

Microphones or PA systems for crowd engagement or announcements
