KM is the Founder of KM Davis Ministries and CEO of EELLC Consulting, where she works with entrepreneurs, organizations, and leaders to clarify vision, strengthen systems, and develop leadership that serves both people and long-term organizational growth. Her work bridges the worlds of faith, leadership, and business, helping leaders approach their work with integrity, responsibility, and purpose.

Prior to her work in consulting and ministry leadership, KM served as an officer in the United States Army and held leadership roles in the corporate sector, including business operations management for a Fortune 500 company. Her diverse professional experience gives her a practical perspective that resonates with audiences across industries.

In addition to speaking and consulting, KM has hosted a Christian talk radio program, mentored leaders and entrepreneurs, and led initiatives focused on community development and service.
