Kimberly Lyall is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, and award-winning consultant whose insights about
resilience, growth, and purpose inspire people to live to their greatest potential. For more than 25 years Kimberly has enthralled people around the world with her ability to take them on a journey about themselves. Her energy and connection with audiences make Kimberly a powerful presence who captivates listeners and encourages them to live courageously and fully.

Kimberly's story is a one of incredible highs and lows. She became a CEO at the age of 26 years, only to have an employee commit fraud and then die by suicide. She rebuilt the organization into a powerhouse, only to be fired when she stood up to harassment. During the 7-year legal battle that followed, she lead an award-winning oral history project at the same time that her husband became terminally ill. They worked with medical teams across Canada to extend his life another 7 years until he passed away on November 6, 2021.

Through all of this, Kimberly continues to have hope. Her stories of finding purpose, and even joy, while facing incredible pain and struggles inspires her audiences to make the most of their lives. They leave her presentations feeling validated, focused, and ready to make things happen!

Kimberly keeps it simple for you!

Sound:
Good sound is critical! Microphones with fresh batteries and a quality sound system can make or break your event.

Kimberly prefers a wireless head set microphone or handheld cordless.

Staging:
A small table or stand where Kimberly can keep a glass of warm water is appreciated.

Visual:
Kimberly rarely uses PowerPoint or electronic visuals. In the event this is needed, she will work with you to work within what is available in your venue.
