HOSTED BAR - Flat rate of $40/hr 5 hour minimum - no tip jar (will refuse tip twice, accept if guest insists a 3rd time)

CASH BAR- with visible tip jar $20/hour, 5 hour minimum.

For restaurants, local bars, and nightclubs, $10.50/hour plus tips

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, Valentine's Day $60/hour Hosted bars-five hour minimum, $30/hour plus tips for Cash Bars, five hour minimum.

I am professional, responsible, punctual.
I will dress appropriately for your event, whether it be casual or formal, also have costumes for themed parties.
I will advise on what liquors/wines/mixers, etc. you may need for your party if requested (no charge-helps us both out)
I will supply basic bar supplies (fruit tray, ice scoop, bar towels, pour spouts, wine key, bottle opener, bar mats, shaker, muddler, cutting board, knife, cocktail napkin/stir caddy with supplies, juice pouring containers, salt/sugar rimmer, margarita salt),
If you are an established bar/restaurant/nightclub, I am happy to train to be on-call to help cover shifts when needed.

For private parties, I will not work parties where many of the attendees are under the age of 21. There is too much risk of fines and jail for me. In a wedding party situation, or other family oriented occasions where minors may be present with parents, please be aware I will need to see proof of age (Driver's license, state ID card, or passport only) for anyone who appears under 21 before serving them.

I have a list of bartenders, whom I've worked with who may also be available if you need more than one bartender, or cocktail servers, baristas, event planner, as well..
I follow CA liquor laws, and have a CA food handler's card, and Tips alcohol safety card

If you need additional bartenders, I have several people I have worked with whom I have listed below that I can recommend and see if they are available. Identical rates apply for each additional bartender. I would collect no additional fees from you nor the bartenders I recommend to work your event, other than the same minimums as I charge for myself. Event planner, cocktail server, and barista rate TBD.

Also, since I'm also a performer in a live performance pirate entertainment troupe if you are planning a a pirate themed event, you can have pirate bartenders in movie-quality outfits who also can perform up to three shows at your event. We have at least three other bartenders, one barback, a barista, and an event planner who can make your pirate party complete! I also have an event planner who may help plan a party from very small budgets all the way to extravagant budgets. He has put together many celebrity parties and has access to various performers including pirates (I'm also a performer with the pirate troupe which he directs), acrobats, magicians, etc. as well as exotic animals. He specializes in themed parties.
