Education: PhD in Organizational Development and Change, MA in Human Development, MS in Management and Administrative Science, Organizational Behavior, and Executive Coaching, Post-Bac in Medical Sciences, BS in Pre-Med Biology/Chemistry.

Additionally, I earned the title of Body-for-Life Grand Champion after losing over 70 lbs and reinventing an out-of-control life, returned to academia as a single parent, authored two books and started and ran 3 successful businesses. I combine both the practical hands-on life experience and the training, academic and corporate experience of business management and leadership tools for application to my clients in diverse markets and enjoy teaching proven success principles to others.
