Ving Tsun’s specialty is close contact combat, using powerful punches and kicks with simultaneous defense. Students learn to deliver knock out power, while staying calm and relaxed whenever possible. Repetition programs our bodies to respond automatically and subconsciously to incoming threats. The result is Self Defense that actually works when you need it.
Ving Tsun is “overkill” when it comes to developing fighting abilities. The science, theories, and solid training of an advanced Ving Tsun student are more than enough to come out ahead in a typical street fight. The most important thing to have in a fight and in life is the ability to stay upright on our own two feet. Training Ving Tsun develops our ability to maintain balance and recover quickly when it has been lost.
Ving Tsun training develops proper body structure, posture, and reflexes based on centerline theory. Improved strength, stamina, and mobility are just a few of the benefits of studying the Ving Tsun form. My students will develop a new feeling for their body and an awareness of their inherent strength. Confidence is heightened and a deeper sense of self-awareness is attained through focused training.
Training is based on your level of experience.

We require a minimum of one week advance notice for any scheduled training and that you are not under the influence of alcohol, or any non/prescription drugs in order for your body to receive the greatest benefit. Arrive on time and most of all listen.
